MNML Offices was founded by Nick Craven with a clear ambition: to create a better standard of workspace in London.

We work across the full property cycle - from sourcing opportunities and developing the strategy through to design, refurbishment and day-to-day operation. By remaining involved at every stage, we understand what makes a workspace successful commercially, operationally and for the businesses using it. 

Our portfolio spans high-quality commercial buildings, heritage assets and listed properties. We bring out the best in each one: respecting its character, improving its performance and creating flexible spaces that work for modern businesses. 

For us, future-proofing means making intelligent long-term decisions: retaining and reusing existing fabric wherever possible, reducing waste, improving energy performance, air quality and comfort, and designing spaces that can adapt as businesses evolve. 

We work closely with landlords, local authorities, consultants and occupiers to create well-managed buildings and strong business communities-places where companies can connect, grow and stay. 

In three years, MNML has grown from a standing start and is now home to more than 160 businesses across its London portfolio. By 2028, we aim to double that number and continue building MNML into one of the UK’s leading providers of quality, sustainable workspace.
